cook n’ with class – part 1
When you book a class here, you get much more than a private Parisian chef teaching you about the local cuisine – you get a private tour through side streets and back alleys, which boast the best local food shops that Paris has to offer. And while you are devouring the sights and sounds, you are also tasked with deciding what it is you wish to make.
That means your meals are not pre-planned. That’s right…you decide. So come prepared with a list of your top 5 foods, because it’s likely you’ll be able to tackle one, if not more of them.

I am just back from shooting 5 days for these people. I stayed at one of their eco cabins (Juniper) with not a soul for miles. I have to admit, I am more than thrilled with what I came back with…and can’t wait to share it all with you.
Will be posting over the next few days…
Sophie Dupont – 49 Rue Ramey, Paris 18
Sophie and her mother (who smiles more than anyone I know) run this absolutely charming little shop, and have so for many years. Brian introduced me to them when I was over in the summer and thought (rightly so), that should they be keen we could partner with them in using their props for our food shoot with the school. And they were keen!
So if you are even in this magical and quirky city, do pop in to see these ladies. You won’t be disappointed…
