Mornings @ Palm Springs
I will never forget these mornings. 6:15am start, a wobbly ride around the neighborhood on cruiser bikes (courtesy of the Del Marcos Hotel) and then coffee with the locals at Starbucks. Golden.
A love of vintage
Diana (our lovely hotel manager), invited me into their premiere suite to photograph it. What an experience! It was set up perfectly, pool side entrance and of course a lovely patio out back. I can see why people line up for this one…vintage in perfection.
A glimpse back in time…
We stayed here and I was given the opportunity to photograph this outstanding place – untouched by time. The lovely manager Diana had everything perfect…every last detail was attended to. It was like being at a movie set! 40′s music playing in the background, ice cold lemonade ready at all times…perfection. Thanks Di, for being so sweet, for upgrading us (private balcony overlooking the mountain), for inviting my photography and for the free shot glasses and t-shirt.
I will definitely be coming back. And hopefully sooner rather than later.
